Myo Hotel Caruso

-The staff is absolutely great, the reception is welcoming and helpful, the staff at the breakfast always nice, elegant and courteous. Very professional and efficient staff! -The location is amazing, in the middle of the Jewish neighborhood, 10 minutes from the old town, from the Charles bridge... -The hotel is spacious and carefully decorated, always perfectly clean -The breakfast is excellent. Finally a hotel that also proposes local dishes in it's buffet (czech cakes). For the rest, everything was there, viennoiseries, good coffee, multiple types of juices, cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs/bacon, even smoked salmon. Great job

The Hotel is in a very good location, you can arrive in a very short time everywhere. It was in general clean. They even brought me clean towels everyday and made my bed even with the fact I didn’t asked for it since I was staying for a short time :) While breakfast the service worries about you being satisfied and having everything you need.

Breakfast were sumptuous Billy at reception excellent despite being constantly busy always found time to respond to questions and be helpful. Room was well furnished and beds comfortable. Hotel ideally situated to all attractions incluindimng tram network. Bathroom spacious towels large and great.

The hotel staff were superb, noting specifically Nijait, Billy, and Alexander (night shift)! They made us feel at home from the moment of our reservation to the moment of departure! Nijait provided service excellence during every interaction, such as greeting us personally during every entry and return to the the hotel. He ensured that we had dinner reservations, he provided historical insight for 'must see sites,' and invited us to consider the Christmas Mart at The Myo! Billy ensured that we had transportation to and from the hotel, an extension of courtesy that has yet to be extended by any of our 4 other hotels thus far this visit! Of specific interest, while waiting in line to receive my room key *Nijiat was busy checking guests in*, he noticed me, nodded, and provided me my key while multi-tasking! His attentiveness to his hotel guests was commendable. Nijiat's ability to represent Prague and the Myo surely paves the way for his advancement within your organization! Nijiat is sirely a credit to your hotel! We loved the city, the Myo hotel, the room, the accommodations, the bar, the breakfast, and the manner in which we were treated! All staff deserve recognition for their kindness, their respect and their attentiveness to our every need!

Brilliant location, right near the river and just around the corner from all the attractions in the old town. Billy on the front desk was super friendly and helpful. the decor was gorgeous and amenities were modern and clean. all in all a great stay. I would happily stay here again.
